Gymnastic Gauntlet // Friday - 2024.12.20
AMRAP Gymnastics BenchAMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 10 Handstand Push-ups
- 15 Toes-to-Bar
- 20 Box Jumps (24/20)
Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or seated dumbbell presses as needed. Scale toes-to-bar to hanging knee raises or V-ups if necessary. Box jumps should be performed with full hip and knee extension at the top of the box. Jump or step down as preferred.
