  • 50 Wall Balls
  • 40 Toes-to-Bar
  • 30 Handstand Push-ups
  • 20 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
  • 10 Muscle-ups

Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Instructions: Complete each movement before moving on to the next. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity and proper form throughout the workout.
