Tabata Gymnastics Barbell

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
    • Pull-Ups
    • Handstand Push-Ups
    • Toes-to-Bar
    • Ring Dips

Equipment:
- Pull-Up Bar
- Rings


Instructions:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Complete a total of 8 rounds for each movement before moving on to the next. Score is total reps completed across all movements.
