  • 50 Handstand Push-Ups
  • 40 Toes-to-Bar
  • 30 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
  • 20 Ring Muscle-Ups
  • 10 Handstand Walks (10ft increments)

Time Cap: 20 Minutes
