For Time Gymnastics Assault BikeFor Time:
- 50 Handstand Push-ups
- 40 Toes-to-Bar
- 30 Pull-ups
- 20 Ring Dips
- 10 Muscle-ups
Time Cap: 20 Minutes
Instructions: Perform each set of reps unbroken if possible, or break them up strategically to minimize rest time. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout. A kipping technique may be used for pull-ups and ring dips.
