Tabata Gymnastics Medicine Ball

Tabata:


  • Medicine Ball Sit-Ups
  • Handstand Push-Ups
  • Toes-to-Bar
  • Burpees

Instructions:
Perform each movement tabata-style, alternating 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for a total of 8 rounds. Rest 1 minute between movements. Score is total reps completed for each movement.

- Medicine Ball
