EMOM Gymnastics Peg Board

EMOM for 15 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 3-5 Strict Pull-ups
- Even minutes: 1 Peg Board Ascent


Instructions:
Perform 3-5 strict pull-ups at the start of each odd minute, then complete 1 peg board ascent at the start of each even minute. Rest for the remainder of each minute. Scale the number of strict pull-ups as needed to maintain proper form throughout the workout.
