  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Box Jumps (24/20 inches)
  • 30 Double-unders

Notes:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Scale the movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Rest as needed to maintain quality movement patterns.
