AMRAP Gymnastics Barbell

AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 10 Toes-to-Bar
  • 15 Handstand Push-ups
  • 20 Box Jumps (24"/20")
  • 25 Air Squats

Equipment:
- Barbell


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes. Scale gymnastics movements as needed to maintain intensity and form throughout the workout. Keep a steady pace and push yourself to keep moving through the entire time cap.
