  • 25 Toes-to-Bar
  • 40 Wall Balls
  • 20 Handstand Push-Ups
  • 30 Pull-Ups
  • 15 Burpee Box Jumps
  • 20 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
  • 10 Handstand Walks (10 ft increments)

Medicine Ball: 20/14 lbs
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
