For Time Gymnastics BenchFor Time:
- 50 Handstand Push-ups
- 40 Toes-to-Bar
- 30 Pull-ups
- 20 Burpee Box Jump Overs
- 10 Muscle-ups (bar or rings)
Notes:
- Scale the movements as needed to maintain intensity and proper form.
- Time cap: 20 minutes.
