  • 50 Handstand Push-ups
  • 40 Toes-to-Bar
  • 30 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
  • 20 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 10 Handstand Walks (10 feet increments)

Equipment:
- Assault Bike


Time Cap: 20 Minutes
