AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 5 Muscle-ups
  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-bar

Notes:
- Scale muscle-ups to chest-to-bar pull-ups or ring rows if needed.
- Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or push-ups on knees if needed.
- Scale toes-to-bar to hanging knee raises or sit-ups if needed.
- Keep moving and aim for consistent reps throughout the AMRAP.
