Tabata Gymnastics Box

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
    1. Pull-ups
    2. Handstand Push-ups
    3. Toes-to-Bar
    4. Ring Dips

Equipment:
- Pull-up bar
- Rings


Instructions:
Complete each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes per movement). Score is total reps completed across all movements. Adjust difficulty as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
