- 50 Handstand Push-ups
- 40 Toes-to-Bar
- 30 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
- 20 Ring Muscle-ups
- 10 Strict Ring Dips


Equipment:
- Bench for Ring Muscle-ups


Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Instructions: This workout is designed to challenge your gymnastics skills and stamina. Scale movements as needed to maintain proper form and intensity throughout the workout. Rest as needed between sets to avoid burnout.
