AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Box Jumps (24/20 inch)
  • 50 Double-unders

Equipment:
- Rope
- Box for Box Jumps


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 handstand push-ups, 15 toes-to-bar, 20 box jumps, and 50 double-unders. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Score is total rounds and reps completed.
