  • 50 Handstand Push-ups
  • 40 Toes-to-Bar
  • 30 Dumbbell Pistols (alternating legs)
  • 20 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 10 Strict Pull-ups

Dumbbell: #50 / #35


Time Cap: 20 Minutes.


Instructions: Perform the movements in order, completing all reps of each movement before moving on to the next. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity and proper form.
