Tabata Gymnastics Rig

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
    1. Pull-ups
    2. Handstand Push-ups
    3. Toes-to-Bar
    4. Ring Dips

Equipment:
- Rig


Instructions:
Complete each movement for 8 rounds of Tabata (20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest). Rest 1 minute between movements. Score is total reps completed across all movements.


Notes:
Modify movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the Tabata. Focus on consistent effort and technique.
