- 15 Handstand Push-ups
- 20 Toes-to-Bar
- 25 Box Jumps (24/20 inches)
- 30 Double-unders
- 300 Meter SkiErg
Notes:
- Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or seated dumbbell press if needed.
- Scale toes-to-bar to hanging knee raises or V-ups if necessary.
- Adjust box height and jump height for box jumps as needed.
- Scale double-unders to single unders at a 2:1 ratio.
- Maintain a steady pace throughout the workout to maximize rounds and reps.
