- 40 Toes-to-Bar
- 30 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
- 20 Ring Muscle-ups
- 10 Handstand Walks (10 ft increments)
Equipment:
- Box for Handstand Push-ups
- Pull-up Bar for Toes-to-Bar and Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
- Rings for Ring Muscle-ups
Time Cap: 20 Minutes

Perform each movement in order, completing all reps before moving on to the next. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity and form throughout the workout. Focus on efficient transitions between movements to optimize overall time.
