AMRAP Gymnastics Dumbbell

AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes to Bar
  • 20 Alternating Pistols

Equipment:
- Dumbbell


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of 10 handstand push-ups, 15 toes to bar, and 20 alternating pistols. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Rest as needed, but push yourself to keep moving and accumulate as many reps as possible within the time cap.
