  • 50 Handstand Push-ups
  • 40 Toes-to-Bar
  • 30 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
  • 20 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 10 Pistol Squats (per leg)

Equipment:
- Bench for Pistol Squats


Time Cap: 20 Minutes
