AMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 10 Toes-to-Bar
- 15 Handstand Push-ups
- 20 Box Jumps (24/20 inches)
- 30 Double Unders


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 toes-to-bar, 15 handstand push-ups, 20 box jumps, and 30 double unders. Scale movements as needed to ensure proper form and intensity. Keep a steady pace throughout the workout and push yourself to complete as many rounds as possible within the time cap.
