For Time:


  • 50 GHD Sit-ups
  • 40 Handstand Push-ups
  • 30 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 10 Burpee Box Jump Overs

Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Notes: Make sure to scale the movements as needed to maintain intensity and safety. Rest as needed between sets to maintain proper form.
