Chipper Gymnastics Medicine Ball

Chipper For Time:


  • 50 Handstand Push-ups
  • 40 Toes-to-Bar
  • 30 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 20 Handstand Walks (10 ft increments)
  • 10 Rope Climbs

Equipment:
- Medicine Ball (optional for scaling)
- Gymnastics rings
- Climbing rope


Time Cap: 20 Minutes
