- 40 Toes-to-Bar
- 30 Ring Muscle-ups
- 20 Handstand Walks (10 ft increments)
- 10 Rope Climbs
Equipment:
- Medicine Ball (optional for scaling)
- Gymnastics rings
- Climbing rope
Time Cap: 20 Minutes
