  • 50 Burpee Box Jumps

Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Instructions: Perform the movements in order, completing all reps of each before moving on to the next. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity and proper form. Be sure to maintain a steady pace throughout to complete the workout within the time cap.
