  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Box Jumps (24/20")
  • 25 Double Unders

Notes:
- Scale handstand push-ups to hand-release push-ups if needed.
- Scale toes-to-bar to knee raises if needed.
- Scale box jumps to step-ups if needed.
- Scale double unders to single unders at a 2:1 ratio if needed.
