AMRAP Gymnastics Medicine Ball

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Medicine Ball Cleans

Instructions: Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes, alternating between the gymnastics movements and medicine ball cleans. Scale the movements as needed to maintain proper form throughout the workout. Be sure to pace yourself to sustain intensity for the full duration of the AMRAP.
