Tabata Gymnastics Peg Board

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of:


    • 20 seconds of Max Effort Pull-Ups
    • 10 seconds of Rest
  • 8 rounds of:


    • 20 seconds of Max Effort Handstand Push-Ups
    • 10 seconds of Rest

Equipment:
- Peg Board


Instructions:
Perform each Tabata interval, alternating between Pull-Ups and Handstand Push-Ups. Rest 1 minute between Tabata sets. For the Pull-Ups, aim for strict or kipping depending on your skill level. Scale Handstand Push-Ups to Pike Push-Ups if needed. Keep track of your total reps for each movement.
