EMOM Gymnastics Kettlebell

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd Minutes: 10 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
  • Even Minutes: 5 Pull-ups

Notes:
- For the odd minutes, perform 10 kettlebell swings. Once completed, rest for the remainder of the minute.
- For the even minutes, complete 5 pull-ups. Rest for the remainder of the minute.
- Repeat this pattern for a total of 20 minutes.
- Scale the weight of the kettlebell and modify the pull-ups as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
