AMRAP Gymnastics Slam Ball

AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Burpees
  • 25 Double-unders

Equipment:
- Slam Ball


Notes:
- Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or seated dumbbell press if needed.
- Scale toes-to-bar to hanging knee raises or v-ups as necessary.
- Aim to keep a steady pace throughout the workout and push yourself to keep moving for the full 20 minutes.
