  • 50 Handstand Push-ups
  • 40 Toes-to-Bar
  • 30 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
  • 20 Pistol Squats (each leg)
  • 10 Muscle-ups

Equipment: Dumbbell for Pistols


Time Cap: 20 Minutes
