AMRAP Gymnastics Dumbbell

AMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 10 Handstand Push-ups
- 15 Toes-to-Bar
- 20 Dumbbell Snatches (50/35 lbs)


Instructions:
- Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes.
- Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or dumbbell shoulder presses if needed.
- Scale toes-to-bar to knee raises if necessary.
- Choose a challenging weight for the dumbbell snatches, but maintain good form throughout the workout.
