AMRAP Gymnastics Slam Ball

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Alternating Pistols

Equipment: Slam Ball


Instructions: In this workout, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of 10 handstand push-ups, 15 toes-to-bar, and 20 alternating pistols. Use a slam ball for added difficulty on the pistols if desired. Remember to scale movements as needed to maintain proper form and intensity throughout the workout.
