For Time:


  • 50 Handstand Push-ups
  • 40 Toes-to-Bar
  • 30 Burpee Box Jumps (24"/20")
  • 20 Pull-ups
  • 10 Dumbbell Snatches (50/35)

Dumbbell: Use one dumbbell for the snatches, alternating arms each rep.


Time Cap: 20 Minutes. Make sure to scale the movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
