AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 5 Rope Climbs
  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar

Instructions:
- Scale rope climbs to strict pull-ups if needed.
- Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or seated dumbbell presses if needed.
- Scale toes-to-bar to hanging knee raises if needed.
