AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Box Jumps (24/20")
  • 25 Calorie Bike

Notes:
- Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or seated dumbbell presses if needed.
- Scale toes-to-bar to hanging knee raises if necessary.
- Choose a box height that allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout.
- Adjust the bike resistance to make the calorie count challenging but achievable within each round.
