  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Box Jumps

Notes:
- Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or seated dumbbell presses if needed.
- Scale toes-to-bar to hanging knee raises if necessary.
- Choose a box height that allows for quick and safe transitions.
