Tabata Gymnastics Peg Board

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of max effort peg board climbs
    • 10 seconds of rest

Instructions:
- The Tabata interval consists of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated for a total of 8 rounds.
- For the peg board climbs, athletes will aim to climb up and down the peg board as fast as possible during the 20 second work interval.
- Scale the peg board climbs to strict pull-ups or ring rows if needed.
- Score is the total number of peg board climbs completed across all 8 rounds.
