EMOM Gymnastics BoxEMOM for 15 minutes:
- Minute 1: 10 Handstand Push-ups
- Minute 2: 15 Toes-to-Bar
- Minute 3: 20 Alternating Pistols
Equipment: Box for Handstand Push-ups
Instructions: Complete the prescribed reps of each movement within the minute. Rest the remainder of the minute before starting the next movement. Rotate through the movements for a total of 5 rounds. Adjust reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the EMOM.
