EMOM Gymnastics GHD MachineEMOM for 12 minutes:
- Minute 1: 10 GHD Sit-ups
- Minute 2: 10 GHD Hip Extensions
- Minute 3: Max Effort Handstand Hold
- Minute 4: Rest
Equipment:
- GHD Machine
Instructions:
Perform the designated exercise for each minute on the minute for 12 minutes. For the handstand hold, accumulate as much time inverted against the wall as possible within the minute. Rest during the 4th minute and repeat for a total of 3 rounds. Adjust reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
