  • Odd Minutes: 10 Toes-to-Bar
  • Even Minutes: 15 Handstand Push-ups

Notes:
- Scale the number of reps if needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
- Focus on quality movement and maintaining proper form, especially as fatigue sets in.
