EMOM Gymnastics Bench

EMOM for 12 minutes:


  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar

Equipment:
- Bench


Instructions:
Perform 10 handstand push-ups and 15 toes-to-bar at the start of every minute for 12 minutes. Scale the reps if needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout. The goal is to complete each round within 40 seconds to allow for rest before the next minute starts. Adjust the difficulty level as needed to challenge yourself but maintain good form.
