  • 40 Handstand Push-ups
  • 30 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
  • 20 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 10 Handstand Walks (10 ft increments)

Equipment: Kettlebell
Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Notes: Break up the reps as needed to maintain good form throughout the workout. Scale movements as necessary to ensure proper technique.
