Tabata Gymnastics RopeTabata:
- 8 Rounds (20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest) of:
- Max Reps Toes-to-Bar
Instructions:
Perform as many Toes-to-Bar as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Score is total number of reps completed.

- Rope
Notes:
Make sure to maintain proper form throughout each round to maximize efficiency and minimize fatigue. If unable to complete Toes-to-Bar, scale to Hanging Knee Raises.
