AMRAP Gymnastics Slam BallAMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 10 Handstand Push-ups
- 15 Toes-to-Bar
- 20 Alternating Pistols
- 25 Double-unders
Equipment:
- Slam Ball (optional for weighted sit-ups)
Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity and technique. Keep a steady pace and push yourself to keep moving throughout the workout.
