Tabata Gymnastics Slam Ball

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Max Effort Toes-to-Bar
    • 10 seconds of Rest

Equipment:
- Slam Ball


Instructions:
Perform as many toes-to-bar as possible in each 20-second interval, resting for 10 seconds in between. Score is the total number of toes-to-bar completed across all 8 rounds. Adjust difficulty as needed by scaling the movement to knees-to-chest or hanging knee raises.
