Tabata:


  • Box Jumps
  • Handstand Push-ups
  • Toes-to-Bar
  • Burpees

Instructions:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest, for a total of 8 rounds. Rest 1 minute between each movement. Score is total reps completed across all movements.
