  • 8 Rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Pull-ups
    • 10 seconds of rest

Equipment:
- Rower


Instructions:
Perform as many Pull-ups as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round. Complete 8 total rounds for a total of 4 minutes of work. Adjust the difficulty by using bands for assistance or increasing the challenge with strict or weighted Pull-ups.
