AMRAP in 20 Minutes:


  • 15 Wall Balls
  • 10 Deadlifts
  • 5 Push Press

Wall Ball: 20/14 lbs


Instructions: Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes. Each round consists of 15 wall balls, 10 deadlifts, and 5 push presses. Choose a weight that challenges you but allows for good form throughout the workout. Keep a steady pace to sustain for the full 20 minutes.
